Competent and Compassionate, not to mention "Medicaid Certified". From the moment I first called, I found Senior Home Care Services to be a truly empathetic, knowledgeable and trustworthy service. They promptly arranged for my mother's care because I needed a devoted caregiver for her immediately, and the caregiver who arrived to my house was well qualified for the demanding position. We appreciate you taking up the task and performing it with love and care. As the weeks and months went by, I became impressed with their caring, sympathetic, and considerate services. I was free to concentrate on my own family and my career since I knew my mother was in capable hands. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Senior Home Care Services.

Absolutely amazing! I can't tell you how many companies I've been through before I found this one. In an absolute sea of bogus Home Healthcare companies, I was lucky enough to find them when it looked like I was heading to a facility. But Senior Home Care Services really came to the rescue. I was able to remain in my home and that's where I want to be. They are extremely professional and very easy to work with. I highly recommend!

When our mama fell at 98 and broke her hip; we reached out to SENIOR HOME CARE SERVICES for the 1st time because of their specialities. We have had the superb health care services of Gladys for a week now. Mama is accustomed to being very independent & has never needed help before. But the warmth, SECURE care, advance insight into what comes next in meeting her every need AND desire by Gladys; has assisted her in trusting Gladys NOT to allow her to fall again! She never shows fear; but she is terrified about falling again. Gladys is a great encourager while she supports mama in helping her feel confident in putting full weight on that broken femur which is essential for mama’s healing process. In the hospital for 5 days, NO ONE offered her an opportunity to brush her teeth, wash her face, check on her outlook: NOTHING😡 Gladys came and 1st thing was washing mama up, bringing her toothbrushing materials & mouthwash, CREAM on her body, lovingly fixing her hair, putting eye drops in her dry eyes, ANTICIPATING EVERY NEED (some before mama realizes she needs to potty and it gets too late!!🤗) No accidents here! Gladys stays on top of the laundry & even encourages mama to exercise her legs & upper body to ensure mama maintains the strength she had before! Gladys & I have developed a very well choreographed routine built around mama’s care & exercise so we don’t tire her out needlessly. NOTHING misses Gladys’ observations and insight she brings from her well-trained experiences with other senior patients! For many seniors, a broken femur/hip pretty much spells the end🥲 For our 98 yrs loved mama; this is NOT the case at all. We feel very confident that she will make a full recovery & feel confident in walking again❤️❤️🤗 Thank you, Gladys❤️❤️❤️❤️ You can tell a quality agency by how they treat their home care givers. Senior Hime Care Services made sure to have the Covid vaccine available to ALL their people to keep them safe. Bravo!!!! Cannot recommend them more highly to entrust your loved one to. I have been working with Senior Home Care Services for the last several months, for in-home care for my father. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company highly to anyone requiring in-home elderly care. The quality of care provided is excellent. The company is flexible, and willing to work with the specific requirements, or constraints, of the customer. Most importantly, the caregivers are compassionate in what they do and genuinely care for their patients. Overall, my experience with this company has been great.
